Breakout Rooms

Wellbeing from Within

The Importance of Self-Awareness for Teachers Wellbeing

As educators, we often prioritise the needs of our students over our own, leading to burnout and decreased wellbeing. In this breakout room, we will explore strategies for increasing our emotional intelligence and developing a deeper understanding of our own needs in order to create a more positive and fulfilling work environment. By prioritising our own wellbeing, we can better support our students and colleagues. Join us for a discussion on the importance of wellbeing from within.

The Power of Connection

Supporting Colleagues for Improved Wellbeing

As leaders and colleagues, we can create a more positive work environment by offering support and building strong relationships. In this breakout room, we will discuss ways to recognise when colleagues may be struggling and how to offer support. Together, we can foster a sense of belonging and reduce feelings of distress or loneliness in the workplace.

Streamlining for Success

Supportive Systems to Enhance Teacher Wellbeing

In this breakout room we will focus on enhancing teacher wellbeing through supportive systems. As educators, we encounter various challenges that can affect our mental health, such as high workloads, challenging students, or limited resources. By evaluating and improving the systems and processes in our schools, we can foster a more supportive environment that prioritises teacher wellbeing.
