Crafting a Culture that Retains: 2 Powerful Secrets to Staff Loyalty in a Post-covid World
January 30 (Tuesday), 2024 | 10:00-11:00 AM (China Time)
What are the key cultural factors that significantly enhance retention and create a desirable work environment for teachers and staff in schools, and what practical steps can be taken to improve them?
Post-Covid, many schools are still very reactive. Schools cannot afford to neglect a proactive approach to organizational culture that resonates with all levels of staff. In our work in corporate and educational environments, we’ve found two main cultural factors that greatly improve retention and make the school a place teachers and staff want to be.
Join us for this workshop and we’ll introduce the two key factors and practical steps to begin improving them in your school. And the best news is: improving in these two things is not just good for teachers, it’s good for the whole school!
